Picking up from your Accommodation
Free pickups and drop offs are available for all tours to anyone staying within 10km of the Hunter Valley Visitors center.
For pick ups outside this 10km range, including Mount View, Broke, Wollombi, Branxton and the outer suburbs of Cessnock, we have 2 rates:
All Full Day Tours
Pick up $3 per km based on Google Maps from our office (332 Lovedale Road, Lovedale) to your location.
For example, if your pick up is at the Broke General Store, the total return cost will be $88.80 (29.6km × $3). Pick up time will be 10am and drop off time will be between 5–5:30pm.
All Half Day Wine Tours
Pick up $4.50 per km based on Google Maps from our office (332 Lovedale Road, Lovedale) to your location.
For example, if your pick up is at the Broke General Store (24 min journey), the total return cost will be $133.20 (29.6km × $4.50).
Your pick up time will be 24 minutes earlier than the tour starts to allow for travel time. You will also be dropped off 24 minutes later than the tour finish time.
Out of area pickups for Half Day tours are not available on Saturdays and Public Holidays without calling the office first.
